We’ll plan, you host!

Whether you are planning a summer or year end work party, a baby shower or a birthday dinner for a friend, seated dinners are Elle’s specialty! Every guest will be that much more excited to come to an event knowing they are getting their own seat (goodbye to awkward mingling) and a free meal! Seated parties may sound like an overwhelming amount of work — however in our experience, we think it simplifies the event in a lot of ways, and is well worth the extra work! And besides, we’ll be doing that part! We can take care of it all, from hiring in house catering, or ordering large trays of take out to create your own buffet, to organizing every detail of the tablescape & all rentals, organizing florals and candles, hiring live music & more! We pride ourselves in working closely with our clients to provide them a phenomenal event within a budget that feels comfortable for them.

mingling SHOWERS & PARTIES

Baby showers, birthday parties, business launch parties, etc!

In charge of hosting a shower or party for a friend? Or wanting to host a celebratory birthday for yourself, and treat yourself to someone else organizing the planning & pretty details on your behalf? There are so many different types of events that we love planning— from mehndi parties to baby showers to midsummer neighbourhood block parties to business launch parties — we believe any & everything is worth celebrating and we love being included in your little and large successes and celebrations! Elle classifies a mingling event as an event with no seated meal or spot for each person. Events like these usually have treats and light refreshments served in a buffet style, as well as a drink station, and usually an activity or two for the guests to partake in. Rentals for events like this typically include cocktail tables (great for mingling and having a spot for guests to place their food/drink) a small lounge for the special host, a backdrop for photos, and then the food display items needed.

As each event varies so much from guest count to budget to level of planning needs etc, Elle provides custom quotes for every event inquiry. We can’t wait to hear from you and see how we can bring your dream event to life!
